Dressing
1/2 cup canola oil - must use canola oil or it doesn't work right with other oils
1/2 cup sugar - I use about 1/3 cup
1/2 cup white vinegar
2 Tbsp cider vinegar
1 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
1 tsp dried mustard
1/2 tsp thyme
1 tsp celery seed
Bring to a boil then let cool.
Salad
1 can each green beans, yellow beans, chick peas and red kidney beans - all drained and rinsed
1 green or red pepper diced
Add cooled dressing to beans and mix well. Marinate several hours or overnight.
