Lemon-Herb Cream Cheese



1 c cream cheese
Zest of 1 lemon
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1 Tbsp parsley, finely chopped
1 Tbsp chive, finely chopped
1 Tbsp thyme, finely chopped
Salt and freshly cracked black pepper to taste

Use whatever herbs you prefer: tarragon, oregano, sage, dill, etc, singly or in combination.

Always use FRESH herbs for this recipe, never dried
