Winter Slaw


1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
1/4 cup grated parmesan
2 Tbsp lemon juice
1 Tbsp honey
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp lemon zest
1 tsp Dijon mustard

1/2 head of shredded saavoy cabbage
1 cup proscuitto, chopped
1 Granny Smith apple, grated

Comine first 7 ingredients to make the dressing then toss with remaining ingredients to coat.
